1. No Refunds Policy
All donations made to V V Charitable Trust are final and non-refundable, even in cases of mistaken or duplicate donations.

2. Transaction Errors
If you believe a transaction was processed in error, please contact us within 7 days. We will verify and assist accordingly.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only in the case of technical failures (e.g., double billing), subject to our review.
